Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Time of cancellation	Cancellation fee
More than 4 weeks before arrival	Free of charge
4 to 2 weeks before arrival	40% of total price
2 weeks to 1 week before arrival	70% of total price
Less than 1 week before arrival	90% of total price
No-show	100% of total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email to office@buggls-soelden.at). The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive.
